Absolute Tri Coaching Race Team Training Day – PB’s a plenty!

Saturday 14th January saw the first of the Absolute tri coaching team’s training days for 2012. This was the third one since November and they will continue monthly all through 2012. Athletes came from all over the place to attend, from Telford, Solihull, Newcastle, Doncaster and of course Nottingham.   All Absolute Tri clients are invited to be part of the Race Team so we have a real mix of ages and abilities. Going Long – Absolute Triers competing in the Nottingham Outlaw Triathlon 2012

have a large number of athletes doing the Outlaw Long Distance Triathlon in Nottingham on  1st July.   The Outlaw consists of a 2.4m swim, 112m bike and a 26.2m run. Not only have we got a large number doing the race as individuals but we have a good number doing it as a relay. Coaching the person, not just a programme

One of our biggest philosophies here at Absolute Tri is working with the person, not just giving them a programme to follow. We pick up clients from time to time who have been with another coaching company, been charged a fortune every month and rarely, if ever, speak to the person that coaches them.
